rental rules: 1. The purpose of this seasonal rental contract is to define the conditions of the rental of the dwelling by the lessor to the tenant for the duration and under the conditions determined herein.
2. IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE OR MAKE FIRES IN ANY PART OF THE HOUSE. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the payment of a fee of € 200 that the lessee accepts, and which will be retained from the deposit.
3. Check-in times are possible from 16.00
4. Check-out times 11:00.
5. Payment of the rental will be made under the following conditions:
• 30% upon booking, payable by bank transfer
• The balance no later than 30 days before the start of the rental.
The signing of the contract binds the tenant irrevocably. No termination is possible without the written agreement of the lessor. If the Lessee renounces the lease, the sums already paid will remain the property of the lessor. If you have any doubts, please take out cancellation insurance. However, it is agreed that in the event of confinement in Alsace, or in the event of a ban on driving between regions, the owner will have to reimburse the tenant in full, or offer him a later date if the tenant wishes.
In case of cancellation of the rental contract by the owner, he must refund the deposit paid.
6. Obligations of the tenant: Obligation to occupy the premises personally, to live in them "as a good father" and to maintain them. All facilities are in working order and any claim concerning them occurring more than 24 hours after the entry into use of the premises, can not be accepted. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental will be borne by the lessee. Obligation to ensure that the tranquility of the neighborhood is not disturbed by the fact of the lessee or his family.
7. The premises are rented furnished with kitchen equipment, crockery, glassware, blankets and pillows, as they are in the attached descriptive state. If necessary, the owner or his representative will be entitled to claim from the lessee at his departure the total value at the replacement price of the broken, cracked, chipped or deteriorated objects, furniture or equipment and those whose wear would exceed normal for the duration of the rental, the cleaning price of the blankets made dirty, compensation for damage of any kind concerning curtains, wallpaper, ceilings, carpets, carpets, windows, bedding, etc ...
8. The lessee undertakes to insure himself against rental risks (fire, water damage), the latter having the obligation to report to him, within 24 hours, any disaster occurring in the dwelling, its dependencies or accessories. The lack of insurance, in the event of a claim, will give rise to damages.
9. The security deposit of One Thousand Euros must be paid by check (or bank transfer). The security deposit must be returned to the tenant within a reasonable time not exceeding 14 days. If damage is found in the inventory of fixtures of exit, the owner is entitled to retain part of the security deposit. The security deposit, after deduction of rental repairs, must in this case be returned no later than 1 month
from the inventory of fixtures of exit. The landlord must provide the tenant with proof of the amounts withheld from the security deposit.
10. The lessee may not oppose the visit of the premises, when the owner or his representative so request.
11. The establishment is under video surveillance. There are three outdoor cameras to check the surroundings of the building, and two indoor cameras, one in the lobby and one in the basement. Indoor cameras are disabled in the presence of holidaymakers. They are used to secure the premises when the house is unoccupied.
